Full Review: I was at my wits end trying to figure out what was wrong with my computer. My daughter had suggested I give Bobby a call since she goes to school with him and knew that he's a computer wiz. I believe my computer was constantly highjacked by an intruder and pop-ups galore. I wanted to purchase a new computer and start over but Bobby reconfigured my whole PC and reinstalled all programs in less time than I expected. It was amazing to watch him work and he's so diligent at such a young age. He could be the next Bill Gates and I'm proud to say I know him personally and that my PC is doing great! Full Review: I wanted to get a computer that was really good but I was totally low on cash. I was looking at some dell models. I talked to bobby he said he could build me a computer that was 13 times better than an dell in that price range….bobby gave me so many options to work into my computer it took him 3 days to put it together and I am using it right now I can say right now my computer is better than yours…..i would like to thank my incredibly deep wallet and bobby d ercole for shining a light in the dark paths of my life….if I had to rate his services on a scale from 1 to 10 I would probably give him an 11

Full Review: I was very impressed with Bob's professional manner and his extraordinary knowledge of computer operations. Within minutes of opening my laptop, Bob had diagnosed the problem and offered several solutions. He explained what had happened to the computer and detailed how the problem could be remedied, offering me choices based upon the differing costs and time factors involved. Four days later, the parts arrived and Bob returned the computer to me in perfect working order! Bob's fees are extremely reasonable, and he is a pleasure to work with. I am very happy to know that I can call on Bob if I have any computer issues in the future. I highly recommend Bob and his pc repair service.

Full Review: My computer was running so slow I didn't even want to use it anymore. I called Bobby and he fixed .I am amazed it took him about a day to fix the problem. I had ad wear ,spy wear he cleared it all. I got my computer back and could not understand something and I phoned Bobby he walked me through the simple steps and I'm as good as new. Full Review: I was very pleased with the outcome of my computer after bob fixed it. Bobby came over to take a look at my computer because i was having trouble with it. He decided that since my computer was infected with many viruses, and was running slow and filled with spyware, that he would just delete everything and reformat windows in my computer. He stayed at my house patiently for 5 hours, and now my computer is running beautifully and is so fast. I would definitely recommend his computer service to any one who needs it.

Full Review: Last weekend, i had bob install windows xp on my computer. He also ran the virus, adware, and spyware scan and deleted all the files that were infected. It took him a total of about 1 and a half days, but it was worth every minute of it. My computer has been running great and alot faster than before, and my computer doesnt crash anymore. I am very satisfied with bob's pc repair and i would recommend it to anyone having computer trouble.
